| MDF is short for Medium Density Fibreboard. It is an engineered wood product formed by breaking down hardwood or softwood residuals into wood fibres, often in a defibrator, combining it with wax and a resin binder, and forming panels by applying high temperature and pressure.[1] MDF is much stronger and denser than plywood. Because of durable and stable quality, it is widely used in Door making and furniture making. And also MDF with Melamine Faced or Veneered are very popular decorative materials in home furniture industry. |
